A: A phone number is not mandatory to complete your order. It is however highly recommended so you can keep track of your order and our representative can notify you immediately on the status of your order.

Q: May I visit your office for deliveries and pick ups?
A: Our office is closed to visitors hence deliveries and pick ups are unavailable at the moment. Please reach out to support@hkascent.com should you have any questions and our representatives will happily assist and accommodate your needs.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us at orders@hkascent.com right away. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been scanned and processed by our warehouse. If the order is still pending, orders placed and submitted can only be partially refunded. Depending on the product and scenario, our representative will assist you in such matter and provide you a coupon for you to use next time. For purchases without an account.
