Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: Payment methods accepted are highlighted at the bottom part of our website. If you would like to pay via other methods, please reach out to our WhatsApp for enquiry.

 

Q: Is providing my phone number necessary?

A: A phone number is not mandatory to complete your order. It is however highly recommended so you can keep track of your order and our representative can notify you immediately on the status of your order.

Q: May I visit your office for deliveries and pick ups?

A: Our offices are closed for the public. Please reach out to our WhatsApp or support@hkascent.com should you have any questions and our representatives will happily assist and accommodate your needs.

 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order? 

A: Please contact us at WhatsApp or orders@hkascent.com right away. Please understand that we cannot cancel an order once it has been scanned and processed by our warehouse. If the order is still pending, orders placed and submitted can only be partially refunded. Depending on the product and scenario, our representatives will assist you in such matter and provide you a coupon for you to use next time.
