Individuals who have specific needs such as immunity boosting or replenishing calcium should use specific supplements as they will be more direct to use. Vitamin A is often included for their benefit of vision and immune function.

Vitamin B are included for energy production and support to various part of our body. This should include most of the B vitamins, for example B1, B6, B9 and B12.

Vitamin C is important to provide sufficient support to immune system, skin health and iron absorption.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects cells from damage and supports immune function.

Vitamin K is an emerging supplement for Important for blood clotting and bone health.

A good multivitamin should include nutrients in forms that are easily absorbed by the body. For example, methylcobalamin is a more bioavailable form of Vitamin B12 compared to other forms such as cyanocobalamin. Moreover, since multivitamins include a wide range of ingredients, using liposomal technology may contribute to better distribution and absorption of every single ingredient.

Some supplements also include many unnecessary inactive ingredients such as binders and preservatives. These will hinder absorption and is not preferred in high quality supplement products. Natural supplements that can also be used by vegan and are gluten free are preferable choices.
