User Review | Newdirran AD Probiotics | Ascent

Ms. Chan is our customer who has been purchasing Newdirran AD probiotics from us for the past 8 months, has shared her experience with us and how the product helped her father Mr. Chan, aged 71. Thank you Ms. Chan once again for allowing us to publish her story to share with everyone.

The problem

Mr. Chan has had eczema ever since I remember. He will have to constantly take allergy medications to control the constant redness and swelling. When there is a seasonal change, his eczema becomes very severe and will have to add steroid but the symptoms still remains. We could not stop him from scratching. He kept removing the bandages applied on him and we can see what is beneath the skin with blood leaking through constantly.

The Process

We have been trying multiple products on the market. We could not find any products that can stop his eczema. None worked no matter if it is Chinese, Western, or if is taken by the mouth or apply on skin. Ever since probiotics became popular since COVID, we realize there are products to deal with eczema and we tried it. We have gone from brand to brand and products from different countries but none of them worked.

We found the brand Newdirran when we are in Watsons. We bought 3 boxes because of the on-going promotion as we want to try if it works. We are very skeptical as we have not heard this brand anywhere else and we have tried too many different brands to have our hopes high. It is also priced high but we gave it a go anyways as it is one of the few probiotics stated specifically the exact indication and the respective studies they carried out. 

The Reward

IT WORKED! I could not believe my eyes. We are planning to stop using it at week 3 as we could not see any changes. Luckily we did not as red patches and itchiness started to fade away at week 4. We never thought this would work. This is the closest we got apart from using medications. We also love the product as it is tasteless. I then look on the internet and start buying from Ascent, since they also carry other products such as vitamins and wound products we need and is very convenient.

Logistics is good and always arrived the next day. The product is intact and clean, unlike from the other online shop. Some products have clogged powder and even expired products, but not from Ascent. It is not worth buying from the other channels. We bought from Ascent ever since.

Mr. Chan started to get better with his constipation too so I called and ask their customer service. The lady who picked up the phone is very helpful and explained clearly the product. We did not know it is a side effect but in our case, it is a great news for us as it helped with his constipation too. Their customer service is great and is very responsive.

After using it for 5 months, I tried to ask Mr. Chan to stop using it as he has fully recovered with the skin back to normal. 2 months later, the eczema started to come back and we learnt that probiotics should be used for long term and is bound to come back if stopped for 1 month. We started with it again and luckily, the eczema subsided once again and we continue using it till now. 

My recommendation

Although it is slightly expensive compare to some other probiotics in the market, we are grateful Newdirran worked for Mr. Chan so we no longer have to go through the search again and again. Most importantly, Mr. Chan no longer has to suffer. We no longer have to suffer, and everything is perfect. If you are having the same issue, you should definitely try to use Newdirran. Maybe it also works for you and you definitely will be handsomely rewarded and no longer have to go through the stress period again!
